Gates is one of the

stages of his career, Gates has pursued a number of philanthropic endeavors,

established in 2000.He remained as chairman and created the position of chief
software architect for himself.
2)JAMES DYSON
Dyson was study at Byam Shaw School of Art for a year after which
he did courses in interior design and furniture design from the Royal College
of Art.. While he was there he got his first idea of using cyclonic separation
in a vacuum cleaner so that it would not lose its suction quality as it picked
up dirt. After five years of creating several prototypes, he finally launched
the ‘G-Force’ cleaner in 1983. It won the International Design Fair in Japan.
After not getting a positive response from the major manufacturers, he decided
to establish his own manufacturing company in England. The Dyson Dual Cyclone
turned out to be the fastest selling vacuum cleaner in the United Kingdom. When
he launched his product in America in 2002 it was an instant success and in
just three years managed to capture 20% of the market. After that, other
companies started selling vacuum cleaners with the cyclonic technology and it
has expend to the global.
3)CONRAD
HILTON
Around 1949 Hilton began to expand the chains
internationally and so the Hilton International Company became one of the
biggest hotel businesses worldwide. The Hilton Hotels helped the American
tourism and American corporations in their overseas businesses. It was the
first international hotel chain that set such high standards for hotel
accommodations. In total Hilton had 188 hotels in 38 cities of America alone.
His contributions to the hotel industry are irrefutable. It also takes
initiatives for education, the homeless and blind. Hilton was awarded several
honorary degrees from various universities such as DePaul University (1954),
University of Detroit (1953), Adelphi College (1957), Barat College (1955),
Sophia University in Tokyo (1963) and University of Albuquerque (1975).
4)HENRY FORD
Henry Ford’s introduction of the automobile into the
mass market transformed agricultural economies in the United States and around
the world into prosperous industrial and urban markets. His high minimum wage
revolutionary at the time set a precedent for fair distribution of company
wealth that influenced later management practices. Henry Ford initially
struggled to get Ford Motor Company on solid financial footing, but broke
through with the Model T. The iconic vehicle debuted in October 1908, opening a
new era in America.The innovative spirit of Henry Ford took root in many other
forms after the success of the Model T, including First, moving assembly line
which is in 1913 Henry Ford introduced the first moving assembly line for cars.

5)MARK ZUCKERBERG
Through Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg has contributed
immensely to globalization. He established a worldwide closeness, which was
originally his main goal in the creation of Facebook, Zuckerberg wanted to
“create an open information flow for people”. This mission to make the world
more open was accomplished in a big way during the Arab Spring revolution as
well as another great contribution for Facebook : a contribution in freeing an
oppressed population of their dictatorship regime. The Arab Spring Revolution was
aided by social media that promoted insurgent agendas through its effect on
public opinion, the rapid dissemination of news and widespread messaging, and
the ability for individuals to spread information globally with the click of a
button.
